Pricing PolicyAll of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) if applicable, as of 1st August 2009. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Delivery FeePlease see our Deliveries page for full disclosure of our standard freight rates and delivery areas and delivery times. Please note that these rates may be subject to change at any time without notice, due to price increases from individual couriers or freight companies. ABCOE retains the right to attach required freight charges to your order, either standard freight charges incurred through our shopping cart system or freight charges quoted by us and approved by you. Please refer to our freight charges schedule.
Out of Stock ItemsOn occasion our suppliers are unable to supply us with a product and we are therefore unable to fulfil your order. If for any reason ABCOE are unable to despatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
Tax invoiceABCOE will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods and delivery fee at time of delivery.
Products Missing From an OrderIf you have any products missing from your order, make sure you check the invoice to see if the product was marked as being out of stock, on back-order, or if it is not out of stock, to see if you were charged. Please phone ABCOE Customer Service to have any problems resolved.
Receipt of GoodsAnyone at the delivery address will be presumed by ABCOE to be authorised to receive the goods and a signature or name will be required. If there is no one available to receive the goods, the driver will not leave the goods unless previously organised by the customer for him/her to do so.
Point of DeliveryDue to health and safety concerns the ABCOE driver is not required to carry the delivery beyond the front door or reception area of the delivery address.
ABCOE reserve the right to refuse delivery at our discretion.
Product ReturnsPlease choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Payment InformationPayment can be made by credit card via our secure site using Visa or Mastercard. When purchasing from ABCOE your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
