- Steamed Rice (55%), Carrot, Onion, BBQ Pork (5%)[Pork, Sugar, Water, Hoi Sin Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt, Mineral Salt (451, 450), Smoke Flavour, Colour (124, 102, 110)], Egg, Ham, Peas, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Chicken Powder, Garlic, Sesame Oil, Salt, Smoke Flavour, Flavour Enhancer (635).
- Conventional Oven: Thaw Fried Rice in chiller
- Pre-heat oven to 200ºC
- With lid on, place tray into oven and heat for 50-60 minutes or until hot
- Be careful not to overheat product
- Microwave: Thaw Fried Rice in a chiller
- Place Fried Rice on a microwaveable plate or container then heat on high power (900W) for 10-12 minutes
- Leave product to cool for 1-2 minutes then stir thoroughly
- Heat for a further 5-6 minutes or until hot
- Stir Fry: Thaw Fried Rice in a chiller
- Place Fried Rice in a wok or fry pan and stir fry till hot (As a guide this should take 10-15 minutes)
- Results may vary according to appliance used and portion sizes
